Creating a Customer-Centered Product Vision–Using customer data and group brainstorming

A hands-on exercise where everyone in the room participates in a (very abbreviated!) product visioning exercise.  We’ll pretend we are charged with defining a new solution to help grocery stores improve the shopping experience for their customers.  We’ll use real shopping data and the group’s knowledge of technology to create a systemic vision of a new world of shopping.
