Ways We Work With You

We create the optimum project plan for your problem, resources, timeframe, and budget. We invite you to be as involved as you need. We offer clients a subscription service where you essentially outsource your design work to us.

Create a cross-company team. Build a joint team including people from both companies; you are coached in the process and learn the techniques by doing them side-by-side with our experienced designers. If you have 2-4 people who want to learn the process and participate deeply in the design, let us train you as we work together. Lean on our experience as you gain new skills and ensure knowledge transfer.

Our team does the work and delivers the result to you. If you are low on resources or want our outside perspective, let us help you. We'll share highlights as we go along and make sure that our deliverables support your business needs.

We offer a Subscription Service where you contract to have a dedicated team of experienced professionals working on your projects for a flat monthly fee during the contract period.

Participate as your schedule permits. Our team does the work, but you come on customer visits and participate in interpretation sessions when you're available. We can collect the data but run workshops to lead your team through visioning solutions in a 1-3 day workshop. Let us design the best way for you to be involved without committing full time resources to the project.
