Power in a Pinch

by Kelley Wagg    06/28/2012

Cell phones can use up their battery power fast with all the uses we put them to. And charging my phone can sometimes be a hassle; especially when I go camping or get stuck at airports for long hours. With the solBAT II, there is no need to find an electric outlet to power my phone. I simply connect it through a USB cable and let the sun do the rest. The solBAT II is an environmentally friendly solar charger that powers my phone on-the-go. This unique device powers itself with the sun, so you never have to worry about finding an outlet. Plus, it is small enough to fit in my pocket and light enough to carry around and it charges with little to no sun light, and gives my phone a power boost when I need it the most.
