I want to do the right thing by the environment; however I’m chagrined to admit that too often I don’t. Even the slightest effort sometimes presents a barrier. But what if my food and its containers helped me do the right thing—and I don’t have to actually be doing anything at all. How? With edible packaging. That’s what WikiCells and MonSol offer with their edible or water food wrappers. Or imagine having a drink, and then eating the cup itself—that’s being developed by LOLIWARE.
Identity, Sensation, Direct into Action—these products are hitting on the Cool Principles. No wonder they’re getting so much attention in the popular press. They aren’t yet widely available, but I’m on the lookout and I can’t wait to try them!
