Contextual Techniques for User Experience Teams

This workshop provides an intensive training program on contextual techniques for User Experience professionals within an organization. Using a project topic relevant to your company, you learn and practice interviewing customers, interpreting the data with selected work models, building affinity diagrams, consolidating work models across a market, and driving a system design from the data through storyboarding and iterating paper mock-ups with users.
