Standard delivery is United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Shipping and handling is $9 for the first copy and free for each additional copy. Next-day shipping with USPS is available for an extra charge for orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern.
Outside the United States
